He helps executives and employees understand the tribal nature of their corporations. He explains how the archetypal roles of hunter, gatherer, shaman and chief have evolved and how performing these roles well can help a corporation prosper and grow. He clarifies corporate culture, explains modern hunting and gathering methods as well as how to win the new bloodless forms of tribal warfare.
Keith is a Licensed Consulting Psychologist with over 30 years of experience working with corporate clients. As a consultant with Booz Allen, then Peat Marwick, then Vice President of Personnel Decisions International, (now Corn Ferry), he has consulted with more than 200 corporations including many Fortune 500 companies.
Wilcock began exploring the tribal nature of corporations in the late 1960s and has authored two books on the subject; The Corporate Tribe, pictured here, and Hunting and Gathering in the Corporate Tribe. He has made presentations at management conferences and conducted tribe building seminars in Europe, Asia, and the USA.
